New York Times: Day 1 of New Dream for Illegal Immigrants

Moya, a Democrat, addressed reporters on Wednesday outside a federal immigration office in Queens. It was the first day people could apply for a new program granting temporary reprieve from deportation to some illegal immigrants who entered the United States as children.
